Made with the first smoke of the olive pots from O-Med Arbequina olives. The combination of the smoke and the Arbequina extra virgin olive oil results in a harmonious and deeply flavored oil.
O-Med smoked oil is made with the natural smoke of olive pits. The smoke is previously cooled and filtered at 3 C /37 F to avoid the deterioration of the oil. Only the first wind of smoke are used in order to obtain the freshest aromas.
