Coronavirus (COVID-19) Policy

Katie Button Restaurants

The impact of the Coronavirus (COVID-19) on the restaurant industry is devastating. We have been faced with the impossible choice of deciding between the responsibility to our community and our employees to prevent the possible spread of this disease, or the responsibility that we have to remain open as long as viably possible to support the people that we employ.

Unfortunately, we no longer feel that it is responsible to expose our team and community to more risk than is necessary. The faster that we can all stay home, take care of ourselves, and get through this, the better.

Our restaurants will be temporarily closed until further notice. We are uncertain about the repercussions this will have, but feel that it’s ultimately the right direction. The restaurant industry and small businesses across the country desperately need government support, aid, and leadership. Please reach out to your senators, governors, and community members to let them know that we need them.

We’d love to see you here at Cúrate, Button & Co. Bagels and Tillie Hall in the near future, and will work diligently to focus on the things we can control to make sure that happens. Our restaurants support the livelihoods of purveyors, farmers and local community members in addition to our over 140 employees. We will continue to take the threat of coronavirus seriously, and hold the safety and wellness of our guests and employees in the highest regard. We know this is temporary, and we’re in it together. Thank you for your continued support!

Thank you,
The Ownership Team
