One of Nightbell’s signature cocktails is mentioned for its use of the sweet stuff: “the refreshing Penicillin #3 cocktail that pairs apple pie moonshine and honey ginger syrup.” Bartenders use honey from Wild Mountain Apiaries near Mars Hill, N.C. to create the unique drink.
