Cúrate is donating proceeds from the miel y mató dessert to Bee City USA, and Nightbell is donating proceeds from the Penicillin #3 cocktail. Both are made with honey from WNC’s own Wild Mountain Bees.

Nightbell's Penicillin #3 cocktail combines apple pie moonshine, honey ginger syrup, smoked applewood, and lemon.
