James Beard Award-nominated Asheville chef Katie Button brings her beloved Spanish tapas restaurant, Cúrate to New York City with a 2-month residency at Chefs Club. The experience recalls Spain’s bustling vermuterías and lively tapas culture, inspired by Button’s years working for Ferran Adrià and José Andrés.

Featuring a Spanish-inspired menu and 2 seatings, there is no better way to ring in the new year than to join Chef Katie Button for this special event. Featured off-menu dishes include ajo blanco, carabineros – large, head-on Mediterranean Prawns and Rabo de Toro. Extra courses and a sparkling wine toast are included with the Celebration Seating.
