Jacob is the front-of-house employee of the month for November. He is the youngest member of our staff, but has a mature and calm demeanor. He brings a positive attitude and energy every day he works.

In the kitchen, Will started with us as a part-time employee about three months ago, stepping onto our sauté station during one of our busiest months. He learned the station quickly, displaying his steadiness under pressure, technique and palate. He has rapidly become one of our key employees and we are thrilled to now have him full time.
