This month, we have selected Ben Butler and Erik Hulin for recognition.
Ben and Erik, December’s awesome employees at Cúrate.
Chef de cuisine Frank Muller chose Ben, a line cook, as the back-of-house awesome employee. Frank said,
“Ben has been with Cúrate since the spring and quickly became one of our top performers. He displays maturity beyond his years keeping his cool during our busiest times. I can always count on him to crank out well executed dish after well executed dish. We all hope Ben will be here for a long time to come.”
The front-of-house managers chose Erik Hulin, server. Assistant manager Mark Baker said,
“Our awesome employee of the month for December is Erik Hulin. He is a dedicated and hard working employee, and has an acute eye for detail, something that can’t be taught. He is always thorough and takes pride in his job, and guests notice and appreciate it. Erik is very productive and helpful to the team.”
Both employees received a gift card from Malaprop’s Bookstore in downtown Asheville as a reward for their hard work.
