Employee of the month for August 2015
From Nightbell Chef de cuisine Chad Holmes:
Nathan Sloan was first hired as a pastry chef here at Nightbell but it quickly became apparent that his abilities reached far past one station. Within a very short period of time, he had learned and mastered every single station and was working many in one week, all while training new hires. He is a born leader and does so by example. He is the first one to help other co-workers during slow times and is always willing to do whatever it takes to get the job done. He does all of this with a great attitude, a smile on his face and while playing a game where he tries to get the worst song stuck in everybody else’s heads in the kitchen, which he is also very good at.
Nathan is leaving to pursue his culinary career, and we wish him well. He has been as asset here at Nightbell. We’ll miss you, Nate, you’re awesome!
