Vino Vin & Co. is the importer for all of the wines for this dinner. Following a collaboration with the Cúrate Wine Club in August, importer Núria Garrote i Esteve helped select these wines, two of which have been featured in previous month’s selections. As a philosophy, Núria looks for winemakers with passion, soul and individuality, believing that those characteristics have a great impact on the final product.
